Mid-Level Senior Project Manager - Consultancy

They are now looking for a senior level project manager that has vertical project experience in PM consultancy, at the mid senior level. 

The role will see you managing a key client relationship project managing the construction phase, having responsibility for QA, financial reporting, budget management/cost control, contractor oversight, programming and risk management. You will play a key role in managing all stakeholders and ensuring robust communications through a range of meetings including PCG Meetings. 

As a senior project manager, you will need to come from a construction consultancy/client-side/main contractor background. You have 7-8 + years of NZ based experience with involvement on projects across industries such as airports,, civic, high rise residential, health, industrial, or education. A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, or Engineering is essential. Leadership qualities, a tenacious attitude and passion for what you do will make the cut in this environment. Your ability to articulate issues, harness relationships and build your own brand in the industry will enable success.

Salary $145K - $160K+ + Benefits + Outstanding career promotional opportunities.
