Well known for their accessibility, speed and efficiency, this organisation is currently in a significant growth phase and as a result are looking at the structure and deliverables from their Property function.
The National Facilities Manager role over sees the team of three and utilises outsourced providers to support the delivery of high-quality services to internal stakeholders. With the current growth plans, the plan across the facilities team needs to change. This role has become highly strategic with several key projects required to drive efficiencies, quality of delivery and generally improve the reliability whilst running a professional function of the organisation.
You will he a qualified facilities Manager with a national remit across a large volume of properties, you will be an absolute people leader that values the investment in people and knows how to motivate and engage with a team, understands what investing in people looks like and where they can support the long-term organisational goals.
Ideally you will demonstrate the following attributes:
- Passionate people leadership
- Commercial nous (OPEX and CAPEX)
- Superior Facilities Management understanding
- Large scale Multi-site management
- Experience refining and evaluating suppliers
- Stakeholder management skills
- Strong customer centric approach
This role will present the successful candidate the opportunity to redefine how the facilities management function operates. They will refine the outsourced model and essentially start with a blank canvas. You will be able to mould, coach and train a motivated team and take them to new heights whilst delivering on the broader objectives and implementing your strategy.
