This leading consultancy is seeking a Programme Manager to strengthen its PMO capability and support the expansion of programme management services. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong PMO experience who thrives in an autonomous environment and wants to contribute to the growth of a high-performing team.
About the Role:
As Programme Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of multiple projects within a structured programme framework, ensuring alignment with client objectives, governance standards, and commercial outcomes. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, provide strategic oversight, and embed best-practice PMO processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead programme planning, governance, and reporting across multiple projects

Ensure alignment of project outcomes with client strategy and objectives

Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, tools, and processes

Manage budgets, risk registers, and programme-level reporting

Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams

Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development

Support the growth and expansion of programme management services
About You:

8+ years’ experience in programme management or PMO leadership

Proven track record delivering large-scale programmes in construction, infrastructure, or consultancy environments

Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management, and reporting tools

Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Self-starter with the ability to operate autonomously and drive outcomes

Desire to contribute to the growth of programme management services
