Are you a senior HR professional looking to secure your next contract?  We have a Senior People and Capability Consultant role. This is for a period of 9 months and can be FTC or hourly contract and is located in Newmarket, office located close to bus and trains.

Contract start is early July 2024- secure this one now!
Wonderful opportunity to work with a close-knit HR team in a business making a big impact in Auckland.  This role will support the Head of People and Capability to provide HR generalist advice and support to managers and employees.
The key responsibilities of this role include providing HR advice and support on the full HR remit, managing all HR documentation, supporting employment relations matters, processing fortnightly payroll, and leading wellbeing and engagement initiatives.

Day to day you could expect to work on:
  • Mentoring and coaching managers
  • Providing HR advice and support to employees
  • Reviewing and managing payroll queries and processing
  • HR administration
  • Managing culture and wellbeing initiatives
  • Managing ER matters
  • Scheduling training
  • Onboarding
  • H&S support

This role requires a seasoned HR practitioner who enjoys working autonomously.  Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent attention to detail required.
