We are looking for a HR generalist for a 3-month fixed term contract located in the CBD.  This role will provide support to P&P Business Partners on all people initiatives including ER.   

Day to day you could expect to work on:
•    Supporting P&P Business Partners
•    Providing HR generalist advice
•    Coaching and mentoring People Leaders
•    Supporting ER cases
•    Supporting HR projects
•    Change management

This role requires an individual who has a strong understanding of NZ employment law and has proven HR and ER advisory experience.

This is a great opportunity to gain exposure within a large, complex, and fast paced environment.
