Our Wellington office is now seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to take full ownership of an established Procurement, Property and Operations portfolio.
The Opportunity
This Procurement & Property desk is a warm, high‑value portfolio with strong existing relationships across the wider Wellington region. You’ll step into an active, commercially focused space, working alongside a collaborative team while driving growth, market presence, and ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and candidates across Procurement, Property, and Commercial Operations
- Manage the full end‑to‑end recruitment process for Permanent and Contract roles
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your portfolio and proactively map the market
- Provide consultative, commercially grounded advice to clients, supported by a suite of marketing and sourcing tools
- Continually grow the desk, pipeline, and market share to achieve monthly and quarterly success
- A supportive onboarding experience and a well‑established desk with access to a wide range of commercial clients
- Competitive base salary + monthly commission (uncapped, paid after threshold)
