An award winning main commercial contractor has a a great history building a wide array of commercial and builds across the spectrum. They have a large team and are well organised from top to bottom. They are about to venture into one of their own developments and need a PM to tackle this project. Its due for start mid next year but would like a PM to come on board in the new year to be involved with the methodologies and buildablity. The duration of this project will be up to 2 years.
Your areas of focus will be:

Project control and delivery

Project planning, build methodology and programming

Staff management of Site Managers
-
Relationship management of all consultant relationships

Programme management; financial and contractual management, quality control, risk management
The successful applicant will possess a relevant tertiary qualification and/or trade qualification, previous project leadership experience, great interpersonal skills and a thorough level of technical construction knowledge including programming.
This role would suit an applicant in a commercial contractor environment who has particular strength in being able to trouble shoot, identify and sort out problems efficiently. Also top financial management skills are a must. This role could suit a project manager now looking for a new project challenge.
