I am currently recruiting for a Purchase Order Coordinator, to assist across a busy period in a large team. This role is focused on resolving issues with a new FMIS system, working with purchase orders and invoices.
Other Duties Include:
- Reconciliation of purchase orders, working to resolve issues completely and integrate with the new system
- Management of goods receipting, ensuring the accuracy of already processed purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers and internal staff to ensure issues are resolved quickly and accurately
- Assist Procurement Advisors who are at capacity with BAU work
What Experience You Need:
- Accounts payable, receivable or reconciliation experience, in a finance or procurement based role
- Knowledge of procurement, or purchase order processes in a public sector environment is preferred
- Availability to start immediately, or with a two week notice period (maximum), with an ability to work for the full six months
- Cando attitude, with the ability to hit the ground running in a Procurement environment
