I am currently recruiting for a Purchase Order Coordinator, to assist across a busy period in a large team. This role is focused on resolving issues with a new FMIS system, working with purchase orders and invoices.

Other Duties Include:

  • Reconciliation of purchase orders, working to resolve issues completely and integrate with the new system
  • Management of goods receipting, ensuring the accuracy of already processed purchase orders
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal staff to ensure issues are resolved quickly and accurately
  • Assist Procurement Advisors who are at capacity with BAU work

What Experience You Need:

  • Accounts payable, receivable or reconciliation experience, in a finance or procurement based role
  • Knowledge of procurement, or purchase order processes in a public sector environment is preferred 
  • Availability to start immediately, or with a two week notice period (maximum), with an ability to work for the full six months
  • Cando attitude, with the ability to hit the ground running in a Procurement environment
