•    3-month temp role
•    $27/hr 
•    CBD Location – in a government organisation 

Are YOU looking for a full-time challenging role, then this role is for you! Ideally you come from an administrative background with reception and public sector experience, and ready to hit the ground running. 

Key responsibilities include:
•    Provide professional reception services for visitors and callers 
•    Undertake financial administration tasks
•    Mailroom services 
•    Provide support and backup for designated office administrative activities 
•    Build and maintain relationships with customers, key stakeholders, and 
        clients
•    Arrange travel bookings for the Finance & Systems and Human Resources 
        Groups

To Be Eligible for this Temporary Opportunity, You Must:

•    Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent 
        Residency/Citizenship 
•    Live in Wellington
