- Temporary reception/facilities role commencing ASAP for 3 months with potential to extend
- Full time office hours, Monday - Friday
- Would suit a proactive and adaptable candidate with strong customer service experience
- Great foot in the door to a high profile organisation
- CBD location
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-level customer service as first point of contact
- Monitoring correspondence via email and phone
- Arranging and logging facilities maintenance requests
- Ensuring reception and meeting rooms are tidy
- Helping with general kitchen duties
- Receiving and organising incoming and outgoing mail
To perform well in these roles, you will need an outstanding level of personal presentation, a confident customer service ability and a positive outlook.
To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:
- Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
- Available immediately or on a 5-work day notice
- Live in Wellington
