We have a very interesting requirement. It is such a fascinating project that I'm hoping an experienced REM specialist will overlook the low pay and offer their expertise. 

It involves aligning New Zealand salaries and benefits with employees that they have in 10 overseas countries to ensure that everyone is being treated fairly. It will involve looking at local salaries, local legislation and employment law in each country. 

We are open to part-time, so someone who is semi-retired and would thrive on a really interesting project that may include some overseas travel to eyeball the situation, could be a good fit. We are also open to someone working remotely once they have spent a couple of weeks in the office.
