Risk, Assurance & Compliance:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments on potential suppliers, evaluating financial stability, legal compliance, and overall reputation.
- Integrate risk management and compliance into the sourcing and procurement process.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Create and maintain documentation related to risk and compliance activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams on risk and compliance protocols.
- Conduct and lead financial audits, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Evaluate and enhance internal controls to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate audit findings and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance audit methodologies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of audit plans and strategies.
- Provide exceptional client service, fostering positive relationships with clients and team members.
