Senior Business Analyst – Salesforce Implementation
Location: Auckland
Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for leading large-scale system implementations? This is an exciting opportunity to join our client at the early stages of their Salesforce journey and play a pivotal role in a major CRM transformation.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead business analysis activities across a complex enterprise environment.

Perform "As-Is" assessments and Fit/Gap analyses to align Salesforce capabilities with business requirements.

Collaborate closely with technical architects and IT teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Support data migration and integration efforts.

Manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders across internal teams, customers, and vendors.

Contribute to project planning, solution design, and successful delivery of the CRM implementation.
About You:

Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in large, complex environments.

Demonstrated success in CRM implementations, ideally with Salesforce.

Strong understanding of data migration and system integration.
-
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
-
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
-
Insurance industry experience is a strong advantage.
