About the role:
Are you an experienced commercial analyst with experience working with government? Our client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude to provide financial analysis and insights for multiple existing and upcoming projects. As well as leveraging your business acumen to provide financial insights, this role will involve a lot of relationship management with senior stakeholders. This is very much a relationships-based role.
Duties:

• Gather requirements across the business.
• Analyse and present financial information to key stakeholders.
• Provide financial insights for project business cases.
• Identify project risks and key milestones.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Have the ability to analyse the numbers from a commercial perspective.

Skills & Experience:

• Tertiary qualified ideally with an accounting/finance degree.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to extract information from various IT systems.
• High standard of work, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Be able to hit the ground running.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and report writing skills.
