Calling out to HR Advisors who are looking for a new challenge for 2022!
My client is a large, complex entity. The present incumbent has decided to move on for a new journey after serving the organisation for many years. The role works with an HR team, supporting entire Northland region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely advice to leaders on all aspects of HR
- Coach and support leaders in handling ER matters
- Interpret and advice internal policies and procedure, employment legislation
- Support leaders in promoting a culture that is aligned with organisational values
- Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, Māori Cultural framework
- Comply with and support all Health & Safety policies, procedures, guideline and initiatives
About you:
- A confident communicator
- A strong relationship-builder
- 3+ years of experience in an HR advisory role, ideally in a large, complex environment
- Sound understanding of NZ employment legislation
- You understand that diversity adds value
- Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural issues
