Hamilton Based - NZ Experience Required
What you'll be doing:
- Heavy Enterprise Platform Experience
- Delivering excellent services to contracted SLA targets, meeting and exceeding expectations and always meeting deadlines.
- System maintenance, patching and upgrades on the customer’s servers and applications.
- Manage hosted Enterprise Platforms
- Accurately and timely updating of service tickets and recording time
- Excellent spoken English as there will be a fair amount of time spent on the phone.
- Enterprise Infrastructure and Platform Management
- Windows Server Management, VM Ware, SAN, Veeam and Network Management
- Office 365, IAM , Mail/Exchange, VOIP and MDM (Intune)
- MSP experience
You must be in New Zealand with the legal right to work.
