The Senior Advisor collaborates closely with the Manager, Business Partnering and Strategic People Experience Partners to provide professional, proactive and timely HR advice ,information,guidance, services and processes to Managers.
- Collaborate with Business Partners
- Generalist HR scope
- Coach, mentor and train frontline Managers
- Capability lift focus
- Lead small change projects
- Ad hoc HR projects
To be successful you will need to have 4+ years in a similar role, have a good knowledge of employment relations legislation, experience in a unionised environment and can manage recruitment processes.
Located in the CBD, this role is part of a small team that provides a positive people experience lens to every aspect of their work and look for opportunities to maximise the impact and capability of Managers. Good WFH options on offer!
