The Ministry of Education is looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist within their ICT division to create, communicate, and deliver the ‘end to end’ procurement. You will assist with identifying and implementing areas of improvement through the procurement of ICT products and services to support the Ministry, the Education Sector, and Schools.

Develops and maintains ICT sourcing and category plans
Deliver ‘end to end’ procurement
Build working relationships with key stakeholders
Strengthen group performance
Negotiate skillfully in challenging situations with both internal and external groups
What you will bring:
4-5+ years procurement experience with a strong understanding of each stage of the procurement process.
Full membership (Level 6/MCIPS) will be highly desirable
Relationship building experience including the ability to provide specialist advice
Commercial and contract negotiation experience
Experience or an understanding of public sector procurement would be advantageous
