They are now looking for a senior level project manager that has vertical project experience in PM consultancy side.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project teams and taking on the role of project responsibility.
- Contributing to the leadership and development of the team
- Client Management of projects, relationship management and identifying repeat work from clients
- Accountability for projects performance
- Preparing proposals/RFTs/tenders.
As a senior project manager, you will need to come from a construction consultancy/client-side background. You have 10+ years of NZ based experience with involvement on projects across industries such as aged care, high rise residential, health, education, utilities and rail. A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, or Engineering is essential. Leadership qualities, a tenacious attitude and passion for what you do will make the cut in this environment. Your ability to articulate issues, harness relationships and build your own brand in the industry will enable success.
Salary $150K - $165K Benefits + Outstanding career promotional opportunities.
