We need a Senior Technical Project Manager to step into a critical post‑production improvement phase of our client’s Workday programme. If you’re a seasoned leader who can bring structure, clarity, and strong delivery discipline to a complex HR ERP environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

About the Role:
You will lead technical project delivery focused on stabilisation and optimisation after go‑live, addressing system issues and driving improvements across the Workday ecosystem. This role will see you working closely with the Product Manager and the Programme Manager – Workday, as well as collaborating with a range of HR, IT, and broader business stakeholders.

To be considered you must have:

• Prior experience leading and managing delivery of complex Workday post‑production workstreams.
• The ability to coordinate and align cross‑functional teams across HR, IT, and business units.
• Experience in usual PM functions such as developing, managing, and tracking project plans, schedules, risks, budgets, and status reporting.
• Be able to provide clear, data‑driven reporting and analytics on progress, risks, and outcomes.
