About the Role
This is a senior, customer-facing role where you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and systems engineering across a range of technologies, primarily within an MSP environment.

What You’ll Bring

• 5–10 years’ experience in a similar IT support or systems engineering role (MSP experience highly regarded)
• Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English
• Solid experience across:
  • Microsoft 365 services
  • Azure diagnostics and support
  • Active Directory
  • VMware
  • Cloud backup solutions
• Hands-on experience with hardware setup and troubleshooting
• Intune device and policy management experience
• Nice to have: exposure to printing solutions, EFTPOS systems, or web services
• Full, clean NZ driver’s licence
