The newly established Workplace Services Group at Te Tari Taiwhenua (DIA) is seeking an experienced Senior Property Assurance Analyst who knows what good looks like and is happy to share this across the teams. This is a great opportunity to really make your mark

 

This is an exciting newly established role where you will be responsible for the assessment of the current state of compliance across all sites under the Property portfolio and all services managed by Property. This role will develop updated processes and/or systems to more effectively manage compliance and implement them into Property BAU.

 

You will have proven experience in the following areas:

  • Advisory experience, with three or more years at a senior level

  • Property compliance to complete rigorous analysis

  • Ability to investigate and collate insight and data from both internal and external sources

  • Developing a comprehensive set of documented standards, guidelines, and processes

  • Previous experience assessing current state, gap analysis and future state mapping

  • Property legislation or legislation in cabinet mandates (desired)
