This is a premier consultancy that has been engaged by a large healthcare client to oversee a 10 year, multi tranche programme of works that will deliver multiple projects.
It includes the replacement of highly critical, aging and poor condition service plant and equipment. It renews campus site services, central plant facilities, lifts, control systems, and establishes the identification and implementation of preventative maintenance.
This role is responsible for managing and reporting on the delivery of these projects which together, comprise a significant workstream.
You will be the key interface between Project Delivery and Governance intervention maintaining strong relationships with key internal staff other project managers and consultants. You will oversee a programme team and report on all aspects.
As a background, y ou will be an experienced consultancy/contractor side Project Manager with extensive experience in the delivery of complex vertical and horizontal infrastructure with a Building Services background. You must be able to demonstrate extensive services engineering experience in busy 24/7 operating environments.
You need to be able to be proactive and motivate to deliver the work packages, whilst ensuring that the appropriate information is filtered up to the governance group so that decisions can be made.
You have experience with contract administration experience in your previous roles.
Remuneration: $140K - $170K.
