This role is 40 hours a week, office based.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers showcasing product ranges
- Supporting Sales Representatives
- Entering information into a computer system
- Administration tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous customer service experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, passionate, positive and personable
- Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
- Initiative and problem-solving skills
- Be proactive and enjoy providing customer solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- MS Word and Excel experience
