They have commenced their next project, a hotel and residential development. Reporting into a Project manager, you will responsible for all site related activities delivering a 10-level building with 85 hotel rooms and 66 apartments, build value around $30M.
We are looking for a trade qualified site manager with 8+ years’ with a trade carpentry background. Experience in delivering hotels or apartment projects would be ideal. You will be coordinating subcontractors and trades, cost control, organising relevant materials, equipment and access, OSH, managing day to day site activities and leading from the front for motivating programme delivery schedules.
You will be looking for your next step in the industry, you maybe at a ceiling with where you are at and be looking to join a contractor that is more boutique and with more visibility for your efforts.
Salary: $130K - $140K + veh
