This main contractor has a strong depth of construction expertise and project delivery history. They have partnered with key clients that have a sizable project portfolio. The key project that needs resourcing is a major datacentre project with a high level of services. This a is a role for a Site Supervisor or Site Supervisor on cusp of Site Manager keen to grow and develop with a leader utilising proven a system for mentoring and development. As well there is a role for SM with more experience.


Reporting into a senior site manager, you will be:


•    Co ordinating subcontractors and trades
•    Organising relevant materials, equipment and access
•    OSH
•    Managing day to day site activities
•    Leading from the front

Key background for this role:

•    General commercial site experience of 5+ years across concrete, structures, façade and fitout  
•    Material procurement experience
•    Ability to lead and be assertive
•    Well-developed computer skills in program management, training can be provided
•    Energy and drive to acquire knowledge and skills 
•    Health and safety initiative 
•    Ideally trade qualified 

Remuneration: $110K - $150K + veh  pending experience
