About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect that specialises in integration to play a critical role in the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP Project. This is a significant transformation project requiring a proven leader with a strong Oracle background and demonstrable experience within the electrical services or field services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering a robust and scalable solution that integrates seamlessly with existing systems, including Health & Safety (H&S), Payroll/HRIS, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). This is a high-visibility role demanding strong technical expertise, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of the Oracle Fusion ERP solution, ensuring it meets business requirements and integrates effectively with existing systems (H&S, Payroll/HRIS, GIS).
• Develop detailed technical specifications and design documents.
• Collaborate with the project team, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure a successful implementation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks.
• Ensure the solution is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
• Contribute to the overall project plan and timeline.
• Actively participate in design reviews and decision-making processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the implementation process.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a significant portion dedicated to Oracle ERP implementations.
• Proven experience integrating Oracle ERP systems with H&S, Payroll/HRIS, and GIS platforms.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP architecture and functionalities.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing integrations using various technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware).
• Experience in the electrical services or field services industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies.
• Ability to hit the ground running and contribute effectively to a fast-paced project environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies

Desirable Qualifications/Certifications

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle certifications).
