About the role:

Make your mark in this fast moving, Global telecommunications company with fabulous benefits and career progression.  As a result of growth we are seeking a Support Team Leader who has specialist VOICE IP experience.

What you will have:

  • Coaching skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Level 2 Technical Experience
  • ITIL, Incident Management
  • Experience dealing with Vendors
  • Managing Customer Comms, Escalations etc

Nice to have:

  • Mitel Micloud
  • Amazon Connect
  • MS Teams
  • AWS Cloud Certification  or similar UC Experience
