The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for managing the recruitment function for Auckland Region, delivering on the national strategy and developing team members to ensure that the needs of the business are met.
In addition, you will provide comprehensive, professional advice and support on areas of recruitment, talent management and social procurement.
Key Accountabilities:
- Motivate teams to come up with solutions and champion innovations
- Managing a team to deliver end to end recruitment
- Effective leadership and management
- Establish and drive social procurement initiatives to build a talent pipeline into the business
- Carry out the national employment brand and EVP
- Establish and deliver innovative initiatives and solutions that provide a strong pipeline of talent is available for the future
This role will be the champion for EVP and engagement - build and manage relationships with tertiary education, MSD, schools, maraes and community organiations to attract people to the company graduate program.
