The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for leading the ways of working across the talent acquisition team, ensuring contemporary, evidence-based practices and efficient processes are in place for sourcing, attracting, and selecting quality candidates.

The Talent Acquisition Lead provides guidance, mentorship, and peer coordination as the senior member of the Talent Acquisition team, leading projects related to the ongoing improvement of talent acquisition and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers and conduct role briefings
• Lead the recruitment process
• Advise leaders on best practice process
• Provide oversight and day-to-day supervision of Coordinators
• Relationship Management with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Development and maintenance of talent pools
• Sourcing strategies

We are looking for 3+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition at consultant level and demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment process. You will need to have knowledge of recruitment systems.
