We are looking for an experienced Recruiter for a well-known Kiwi organisation. This is a full-time fixed term contract starting in early December 2021 through to June 2022.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with the team in contributing annual recruitment plan
- Identify recruitment risks and develop plan and strategy to fill roles
- Working with hiring managers in taking job briefs and providing advice
- Phone screen and shortlist candidates
- Reference and other relevant checks
- Coach managers on making offers
About you:
- 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment, ideally in a high-volume recruitment environment
- Strong IT skill
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skill
- Work at business pace
