• Contract role - ASAP to June 2026 – West Auckland

We’re looking for an experienced Change Analyst/Manager to support a key Digital Transformation project on a contract basis. This hands-on role will focus on stakeholder engagement, change planning, and driving adoption of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change impact and readiness assessments
• Deliver communications, training, and engagement activities
• Support transition planning and stakeholder coaching
• Align change activities with project milestones

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years in change management, ideally in ERP or tech projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience with structured change methodologies
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

This contract requires the contractor to be onsite 3 days a week with some flexibility for start and finish times.
