We are looking for a Test Manager for a 6-month contract position based in Wellington. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals.
As the Test Manager you will be working in a transformation project team, where our client is replacing their legacy HRIS and payroll systems with Workday and an integrated payroll platform.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of high quality, fully functional HRIS and Payroll solutions. You will lead and manage the end-to-end testing process for the entire programme.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of iterative test plans, that contributes to the test strategy.
- Manage all test activities, including functional, integration, end to end business process, data migration, user acceptance, and parallel payroll testing.
- Oversee the development and execution of test cases, ensuring coverage of all functionalities and requirements.
- Establish a rigorous defect tracking and resolution process
- Manage relationship with a third-party vendor for all test lead and test analyst roles.
