This is a Training Specialist role as part of a multi-year complex business change project that will involve system change . This is an hourly rate contract for 26 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake and maintain a comprehensive training needs analysis
- Creating instructional design for multi-media learning platforms,
- Design learning pathways to comprise accreditation framework(s)
- Assist with the learning accreditation framework processes,
- Develop a training effectiveness and reporting framework including tracking of attendance and learning competence and completion,
- Assist in coaching, support and train the “Train the Trainers.”
- Facilitate the provision of training and workshops in accord with training plan and strategy,
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the overall training delivered to users by the trainers,
- Identify, recommend and help implement improvement in training practices and assist with the embedding of training content into the business
- Tailor, document and deliver training modules, plans and materials to the framework’s standards, and tailored to the right level for roles, end user trainees and key users
- Assist in the development of the framework for the project’s Change Practitioner Upskill programme to the agreed standards including assessments and accreditation as directed.
- The Training Specialist will provide back up support for the Trainers and step in, to train end users when and where required.
This role requires a high degree of flexibility in order to be able to manage the needs, expectations and at times competing priorities of a wide range of high demand stakeholders.

We are looking for an Adult Learning qualification or similar, and at least 3-5 years experience in facilitation, learning and/or coaching environment developing and delivering training.
