About the Role:
Our Client has created several new Value Streams with dedicated development Squads to get value into the hands of our customers faster. These Squads will be led by the newly created role of ‘Value Owner’.
The Value Owner will have responsibility for guiding the Squad to prioritise and deliver solutions that helps to best achieve the relevant Value Stream vision. The opportunities we have cover areas such as Cyber Security, Platforms, and Cloud Services.
Your primary goals will be to represent the customer to the development Squad and to maximise the delivery of value throughout the customer journey.
Skills Required:
-
Experience in working with high performing teams, with a track record of successfully enabling and/or guiding these teams in delivering awesome value to customers

A strong level of commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse trends, business case major opportunities and track portfolio performance

The ability to present to audiences clearly and concisely, with strong written and vocal English language fluency

Familiarity and experience working with Agile Software Development concepts, including examples of customer driven research you have conducted

Knowledge and experience in developing solutions which include networked equipment and networking technology, cryptography, embedded device software, security related products and/or Government compliance standards
Note: Must be eligible to work full-time in New Zealand.
