If you love bringing order to complexity and supporting delivery teams to do their best work, then this could be your next project.
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join a large transformation programme, someone who is organised, proactive, and great at building relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
You’ll work closely with the Programme Manager, Program Coordinator, Workstream Leads, Business Readiness teams, vendors and governance groups. You’ll be right at the centre of planning, coordination, documentation and reporting, helping the programme run smoothly day‑to‑day.
What you’ll be doing:
- Enjoy keeping multiple workstreams aligned.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence at all levels.
- Bring strong attention to detail and can spot risks or gaps early.
- Proactive and not afraid to raise issues or offer solutions.
- Stay calm and effective in evolving, fast‑paced environments.
- Can translate between technical and business language.
- Collaborate naturally with delivery teams, PMO, leadership and vendors.
- Proficiency using MS Project, Teams, SharePoint, and ideally Jira.
To be considered you must have:
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple moving parts, maintain accurate documentation, and bring structure to complexity.
- Clear and confident communication, be comfortable engaging with delivery teams, leadership, vendors and business stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset, be willing to call out emerging issues and propose solutions.
- Adaptability and resilience, thrives in fast‑changing environments and manages shifting priorities with ease.
- Collaboration skills, works well as the glue between PMO, business, technical teams and governance groups.
- Understand the importance of good governance, reporting and documentation discipline.
