Temp of the Year: 2019

Wellington - Ella Hook
Ella joined Beyond Recruitment in May 2019. She arrived in New Zealand on a working holiday visa and was keen to work and travel during her time here. Originally from New York, Ella had a varied background of work experience including frontline and administration based roles.
Ella’s first temporary role was at Arvida Group as a Receptionist and Administrator. The feedback that we received from Ella’s manager was that she is personable, excellent with administration duties, learning new skills and that her best strength is her willingness to help with anything that is needed. Her next role was at Wellington City Council in the Treehouse at the Botanic Gardens. Again, we received fantastic feedback. Ella has also worked at Xero and is now in her current role at DOC. Every assignment Ella has worked in, the clients have said they would love to keep her.
When we evaluate the winner of Temp of the Year we take into consideration all of the previous Temp of the Month winners, the feedback we receive and the qualities we believe a successful Temp of the year should have. Ella demonstrates all these qualities on a regular basis and we are very lucky to have her as a Beyond Recruitment Ambassador.
Congratulations Ella on being awarded Temp of the Year 2019!
Auckland - Dorfi Raba Bello
Dorfi was our temp of the month for September and had been temping for the same client since April. She has just been offered a fixed term role with our client so won’t be temping for Beyond again for a while, but we couldn’t be more pleased for her!
Dorfi has been consistently hard-working, reliable, communicative and a great team player. She slotted into the client organisation very quickly and is a well-liked member of the team, they are very happy to have secured her services for well into 2020. Dorfi is a fantastic ambassador for Beyond and we are thrilled that her temp assignment has just turned into a long term opportunity. Congratulations on this very well deserved award as Temp of the Year for Auckland, Dorfi – well done!
