My professional background: I worked in IT for close to a decade before moving into government agencies where I spent the next few years in several positions. I also worked as a personal trainer. Why I’m passionate about my role at Beyond Recruitment: Because I love the autonomy of our roles and that gives us the freedom to be who we are. If we can be ourselves, we can give everything to our jobs and do right by our candidates and our clients. Everyone wins. What not many people know about me: I am a father of four children ranging from 29, 16, 14 and 11. What I love about Aotearoa, New Zealand: It is home. We have access to beautiful places to ground ourselves and connect to nature.
