Accounts Payable – Temporary Assignment
- Finance Assistant/Accounts Payable temporary role to start asap for 8 weeks
- Working as part of a supportive team within a Government Agency
- $30.00 to $35.00 per hour depending on experience
- Wellington CBD location

Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and checking invoices for payment runs
- Responding to internal and external customer queries
- Processing expense claims
- Setting up new Accounts Payable users and suppliers
- Reconciliations of supplier statements
- Filing and generating weekly reports
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Proven experience working in accounts payable (a minimum of two years)
- Understanding of account administration practices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised and ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Technically savvy and proven knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
- A positive “can do” attitude
