  • 3 Month Temporary Assignment  

Our client is on the look-out for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator with a minimum of 3+ years experience to join their friendly organisation and assist at a busy time.  This organised is based in Grafton. 

If you have a friendly, professional, positive nature and have previous experience in a Accounts Payable role, with a "can do" attitude we might just have the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Processing vendor invoices

  • Accuracy between PO's and receipts

  • Reconciliations of vendors statements

  • Reconciling creditors and creating weekly, fortnighty and monthly payment runs

  • Credit card and Accounts Payable Balance sheet reconciliations

Qualifications and Skills required:

  • 3+ years experience in an accounts payable role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Xero software experience is preferable but not essential

  • Top notch MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel (to an intermediate level) 

  • Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic

  • Initiative and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
