What you will do in this role:
- You will be part of a customer service focused Accounts Receivables team and your main duties will be to assist clients with accounts queries and help them to resolve disputes
- You will be a key point between the customer, sales, and billing teams and raise any escalated billing queries and concerns
- You will prepare billing adjustments for the billing team to process
- You will retrieve and send invoices to customers upon request
- You will provide exceptional customer service and resolve all billing and credit issues promptly
