Administrator – 10-Month Fixed Term

We’re looking for an experienced and professional Administrator to join a well-established team in Wellington’s CBD for a 10-month fixed term role.
This is a busy, back-office position that involves managing an enquiry inbox, processing documentation, entering data, reconciling invoices, and providing general administrative support as needed. You’ll need to be confident working in Excel and comfortable using multiple systems.

Position Overview:
  • Part time: 4 days per week (32 hours)
  • Location: Officed-based in Wellington CBD, with potential flexibility to work from home
  • Fixed Term from 3rd June 2025 to April 2026
  • Salary: $65,000 - $68,000
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the team’s enquiry inbox
  • Processing documents and data entry
  • Reconciling invoices
  • Providing general administrative support across the team
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations and ad hoc tasks
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in administration, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and confidence in learning new systems
  • Highly organised, efficient, and detail oriented
  • A proactive, collaborative team player with great time management
