Temporary Administrators/Customer Service

We are currently working on multiple temporary positions based in the Hutt Valley that involve processing, working with records, and customer service. We are seeking capable and committed individuals to support busy departments on a temporary basis.

Role Details:
  • 2 x temporary positions – early March/mid-March start dates
  • Upper Hutt and Lower Hutt locations
  • Full time, Monday – Friday, office based
  • Hourly rate: $30.00 per hour for both positions
  • May and December end dates
Key Responsibilities:

Role 1:
  • Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email
  • Manage the master spreadsheet in excel and maintain records
  • Process invoices
Role 2:
  • Respond to requests requiring information from internal documents
  • Photocopy and maintain documents
  • Calculate entitlements
  • First point of contact for team queries
