About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable and collaborative Senior AI Technology Analyst to lead and support strategic AI initiatives across an enterprise organisation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about responsible AI adoption, hands-on experimentation, and enabling teams to make informed, ethical technology decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Maturity Assessments
- Tool Evaluation, Trial emerging AI tools, run proof-of-concepts, and maintain an approved AI tool catalogue.
- AI Strategy & Policy Alignment:
- Implementation Support, writing functional requirements, support testing, and validate results for priority AI projects.
- Capability Uplift & Training, develop learning modules, deliver demos, and co-facilitate training sessions.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory be a trusted advisor, present findings, and support strategic planning.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in AI technology evaluation, implementation, and strategy
- Strong understanding of AI risk management, policy alignment, and ethical considerations
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, dashboards, and data analysis
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights
- Familiarity with GenAI technologies, data governance, and cybersecurity
- Knowledge of Māori data sovereignty and equity-focused design
