We are looking for an Application Architect or a Senior Lead Developer who has been a Design and Tech Lead, who is familiar with WPF. Initially, this role will focus on lifecycle refresh activities and then transition to the modernisation of the clients for a critical integration program.
This is a multi-year initiative aimed at updating the code base for the system User Interface. The project uses Java for the backend, and the frontend is built in .NET. It’s currently implemented in WinForms, and the client is in the process of modernising it to WPF.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise desktop applications using WPF and .NET Core.
- Strong understanding of MVVM, modular UI design, and testable architectures.
- Familiarity with Syncfusion or similar third-party UI control libraries.
- Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate across architecture, design, and delivery groups.
- Passion for modernising legacy systems with minimal disruption.
