My client is on the look out for a switched-on Architectural Designer/Technician to work on a wide range of projects. This role would suit someone who has a keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. If you would like to take the next step up and run projects this can be accommodated. You may currently be working on residential projects and want to make a change to more complex projects which showcases your design and detailing skills.

I am keen to see your CV or have a chat if you have:
- A tertiary qualification in Architecture
- An Intermediate - Advanced skill level using Archicad software
- Have a sound knowledge of NZ Building codes
- Creative skills and like to think outside the box and come up with new solutions
- 3 - 4 plus years experience working on NZ projects and enjoy being part of a collaborative team
- Top time management skills
Key Responsibilities include:
- Detailed design, drawings, documentation and rendering
- Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants and councils
- Attending site meetings
- Helping communities
