Ideally you will come from a manufacturing, transport, logistical or industrial sales leadership background.

Key requirements for this role will have accountability for & not limited to:
- New business delivery of sales revenue to targets,
- Ownership of the sales pipeline across key channels
- Ability to provide strategic analysis of accounts, markets and opportunities.
- Key responsibility for delivery of customer contracts and renewals
- Team management and mentoring of a growing team. Looking at succession planning
- Presentation of both customer and internal sales development
- Detailed understanding of market pricing and relativity. Accountable for both financial modelling and debt management.
- Previous experience within a national business possibly infrastructure, transport, logistics, packaging etc
- 3-4+ years leading sales teams of 6+ people, driving success via KPI’s
- Ability to demonstrate a history of developing sales team culture.
- A history of growing market share
- Proven ability of customer retention and new business relationships
- Solid capability around organisational skills including deadline reporting, presentation and managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective, positive communication both verbal and written.
