As the Board Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of board-related activities. Your responsibilities will include managing interactions between Board members and the Senior Leadership Team, drafting and overseeing board correspondence, arranging travel logistics, maintaining meeting calendars, and overseeing records management. In this position, you will directly report to the Chief Executive Officer and collaborate closely with senior executives to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. A bonus of this role is that there is no minute taking required!

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
  • Proven track record in a Board Secretary role or similar capacity
  • Exceptional organisation and time management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
