We’re looking for a Branch Manager to oversee the Wellington Branch of a world leading technical service provider.

As the Branch Manager you will plan, direct and control the operational activities of the Wellington Branch to achieve business goals and profit targets.With support from functional leaders in the Group, you will lead the Local Team and be accountable for achieving the set budget, maintaining and improving customer satisfaction and driving positive performance deliveries through the sales and operational teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the team, managing key stakeholder relationships, resources, budget and team members to ensure the achievement of quality outcomes
  • Enhancing the company’s business success and financial performance by coordinating and implementing business plans and targets, driving stronger operational efficiencies and effective cost management programs
  • Ensuring the delivery of high standard, consistent, and professional services

You will bring to this role:

  • Proven experience in the commercial and industrial services, maintenance, and installation of equipment
  • Solid understanding of the relevant codes and industry standards within the field of work
  • Proven ability to build relationships and drive service value (EBIT) over sale
  • Integrity and high personal and professional standards
