We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce for a 12-month contract in Wellington. As a key member of this technology division, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of projects through comprehensive analysis, strategic insights, and effective communication.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the technology sector, preferably within the banking industry in New Zealand.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and experience with Salesforce implementations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
